Aorist Salon Offer Terms & Conditions

Please review the following important terms before booking:

• No Refunds – All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, especially on discounted or promotional services.

• Redo & Correction Policy – While we strive for excellence in every service, any correction work requested will be billed hourly at a rate of $25–$45/hour, based on your stylist’s level of experience. We do not work for free.

• Custom Color Usage – Services that require additional color product due to hair length, density, or complexity will incur a $30 fee per additional color mixture.

• For any of our exclusive offers, when a booking requires 4 hours or more, we reserve the right to charge 25% of your fee for cancellation within 48 hours. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the fee for no show.

• Photos & Filming – We regularly film and photograph inside our salon for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in any content, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Communication & Follow-up – We make every effort to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner, but due to high demand, there may be delays. We appreciate your patience.
