Please review the following important terms before booking:
No Refunds – All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, especially on discounted or promotional services.
Redo & Correction Policy – While we strive for excellence in every service, any correction work requested will be billed hourly at a rate of $25–$45/hour, based on your stylist’s level of experience. We do not work for free.
Custom Color Usage – Services that require additional color product due to hair length, density, or complexity will incur a $30 fee per additional color mixture.
Photos & Filming – We regularly film and photograph inside our salon for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in any content, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Communication & Follow-up – We make every effort to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner, but due to high demand, there may be delays. We appreciate your patience.
